Welcome to SurfSide (Miami Beach House) a refreshed classic beach house. We look forward to welcoming our guests and helping create some new memories to be treasured.
Our location is the best with patrolled beaches suitable for surfers, swimmers and kids makes this the perfect family beach destination. But that’s not all, dinning, shopping and live entertainment choices are all a walk away.. Also the best boardwalk for a morning stroll or bike ride is here!

The space
SurfSide has three bedrooms one with queen bed, one a bunk bed with a double and single configuration and the final bedroom with two king singles.. bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Laundry sits at the back of the house, where we also have an outdoor hot and cold shower. Front of the house has a large undercover area with outdoor setting seating 8 people .. Kitchen Living room has 2 x three seater couches and a large smart TV connected to wifi.. All areas are air conditioned.. The back of the house has another under cover area with a 4 seat setting ideal for morning coffee and a Webber BBQ .. SurfSide provides parking for 2-3 vehicles..

Please respect the neighbors and cleanliness of our property.
You must advise us of any pets accompanying you on the trip for a list of rules specific to the size and nature of the pet. ( small to medium well behaved pets only) I will send further pet guidelines when u wish to book.
No large gatherings or parties.
Barbecue must be cleaned thoroughly after use or additional cleaning may be required.
Strictly no smoking inside and the house must be left in a respectable condition for check out with all rubbish and waste removed from the house and garden.
