• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. • We strongly suggest purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE as we follow a strict cancellation policy! By booking with us you accept these terms.

• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• No mailbox access will be granted
• Absolutely no packages will be excepted via USPS. Guests can send packages via UPS/FedEx/Amazon at their own discretion as PaseoHomesAZ will not intercept and not responsible for packages. Lost/Stolen/Damaged packages are responsible of the sender.
• Pets upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
• Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children sleeping up to the maximum capacity of our home.
Other Information:
• $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all dog poops be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine.
• No Cats Preferred. Additional fees apply per request.
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• Transaction and damage waiver fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
