The Cove Retreat at Mermaid Wharf is the ideal spot to call home while you immerse yourself in the charm that Victoria has to offer. Tastefully designed and decorated, our 1-bedroom has extra sleeping available in the living room, making this ideal for a couple's getaway or a younger family. Enjoy plenty of natural light from the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. Centrally located steps away from the inner harbour, enjoy a 15-minute walk to the Empress or Parliament buildings.
Please note, there is construction going on next door. Hours are weekday, M-F 7:30 am - 4:30/5 pm. It's in the end stages, meaning blasting and the loud banging are done with.

I’ve partnered with local guest support service, AirLobby! Located on 556B Pandora Avenue, they’ve been brilliant with all of my guests in helping them make the most of their time in Victoria. They offer luggage storage, bicycle storage and are on hand should you need any advice, tips, or local information!

If you are arriving early or spending the day in the city after your stay but don't want to lug your bags around, bag storage is just $7.50 per bag for the day!!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo. In addition to the condo there is a rooftop patio on the "R" level that other guests and residents share. Enjoy BBQ access and loungers
Enjoy Victoria's Harbour living when you stay with us. Conveniently located on the harbour's edge, we invite you to settle into your home away from home.
Recently renovated, the kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and more. Enjoy coffee by the pot or single serve. Victorians are pretty serious about their coffee. Just up the street, enjoy locally roasted coffee from Bean around the World. Pop two doors down for a pastry from La Roux.
The dining area, just off the kitchen, seats 4 comfortably. Can also be used as a workspace.
In the living room, the sofa bed converts to a queen bed, comfortably sleeping 1-2 people. To add to the space's coziness, turn up the gas fireplace. Above the fireplace is a wall-mounted flat-screen tv. Stream your favourite shows on Netflix, Disney + & Prime. A favourite feature of the TV - when not in use it can go into "painting" mode.
Off the living room, the bedroom has sliding glass doors for extra privacy. Additional TV is also in the bedroom.
Taking care of the laundry while travelling is easy here with the in-suite washer/dryer. Laundry soap is included.
Our bathroom is a spacious three-piece with a tub/shower combo. We supply organic shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. Leave your hairdryer at home. We've got that too :)
A must is a visit to the communal Rooftop patio. The views are incredible, and there's even a BBQ for you to use. (make sure to familiarize yourself with the instructions)
Mermaid Wharf is located at the bottom of a quiet street on the harbour's edge. Enjoying Victoria's waterfront community is a snap. Whether it's on foot or by Harbour taxi, we're certain you're going to love it here!
