Summary: Hotel was 1 week old and you could tell it was a rush to open. Back door was propped open because card scanner was not working, meaning any person could walk in without a card. Air conditioning unit for our double queen room was not adequate to keep it cold. We set it for 64 F and it never got below 69. We were given a fan to help blow the “cold” around. It was the best they could do. When we arrived, there was no soap in the bathroom. The remote wouldn’t connect to Netflix and a new one had to be ordered from the front desk Breakfast was subpar for a Marriott. They ran out of muffins at 8:30am. The one positive was the staff. They were helpful to the best of their abilities. We were charged for a pet when we did not have one. Maybe they thought our daughter was one? Good thing I checked my emailed bill or else I would have been charged the extra. The manager gave us a $50 credit for the pot air conditioning.
