Positive: The location was convenient and the unit was generally clean and comfortable.

Negative: There were several management and communication issues. We were initially given a different unit from what we had booked, which was only discovered later. There was also confusion regarding WiFi access, as the WiFi details provided were later said to belong to another unit. In addition, the refundable deposit was not returned by the initially promised time, although it was eventually refunded in full.

Summary: An acceptable stay, but clearer communication and better coordination would improve the experience.
