This is a newly renovated beach house available to rent in this quiet coastal village.
An easy walk to Washerwoman and Inyadda beach.
Alora has had a recent renovation with a modern twist on the holiday homes of yesteryear.
It is an inviting home with quality and modern furnishings.
The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area open out on to an undercover deck with outdoor seating and gas BBQ.
A master bedroom with ensuite and second bedroom and bathroom are in the main house. There is a separate wing with a third bedroom and bathroom.
All bed linen provided, one towel per person, bath mat and hand towels plus tea towels.

Bendalong is 20 minutes from Milton/Ulladulla. 45 Mins from Nowra. 2.5 hrs from Sydney or Canberra.
A small coastal village surrounded by National parks.
Come on! Relax...unwind...swim, surf, snorkel or fish in the pristine waters. There are many beaches to choose from.
Other attractions: Lake Conjola, Milton/Ulladulla, bushwalking, climb Pigeon House Mountain or feed the local native wildlife.
No pets allowed.
Strictly no smoking inside.
Just a few hints:
1. Please ensure the mesh screen stays on the fireplace when the fire is alight
2. The barbeque: the gas bottle requires (a) turn the green knob to release the
gas flow (b) push down on the small meter gauge to start the flow of gas (c)
turn the left-hand knob to the on position, remove the left-hand grill plate and
place the firelighter beside the burner. The built-in ignition button does NOT
work. Once the left burner is going, turn on the other two burners. The
firelighter is in the wall cupboard to the left of the kitchen sink.
3. We try to have a shoes-off policy in the house.
4. Please use oven bags provided, when roasting.
5. There is a second fridge in the lock up garage if needed. You will need to switch it on at the power point.
