It also hosts the air-conditioned Master Suite with a King bed, massive walk in robe that takes you through to the ensuite.
Off the kitchen with a servery window & door leads to a covered deck area with a BBQ & outdoor dining that overlooks the enclosed backyard where your furry friends & children can freely play.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed & 1 with 2 x king singles, ceiling fans in both with a separate toilet & bath with shower.
The entire house has been newly fitted with CrimSafe windows & plantation shutters throughout the entire house to let the sea breeze flow.
The greatest thing about this house however is the brand new games room, set off the side of the house with it's polished concrete floors, full sized pool table that converts to a table tennis table, dart board, 60" LCD, WiFi, couches, bean bags, full sized fridge/freezer & it even has aircon. 2 roller doors can be opened to let the sea breeze & natural light through (& maybe the kids playing in the backyard!)
