In a beautiful set of five aligned houses, with common walls, looking at the Aegean Sea and the beautiful island of Naxos, 100 meters from the main road towards the beaches of Punta Beach and Golden Beach. our house is 700 meters from Logaras beach, 900 meters from the village of Pisso Livadi, shops and Supermarkets.
On a 4000 m2 plot, there is a swimming pool, common to the 5 houses, of 16 meters. The house is made of Paros stones with very thick walls. Its surface is 110 m2, on two levels + terraces with large pergolas on the roof, beautiful terraces all around and parking in the garden of the property.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher included and includes cookware, utensils and complete cutlery. Household linen, bath and sea towels are provided in double for 6 people. The dressing room includes a washing machine.
The house is composed, on the lower level, of a bedroom with double bed with a large wardrobe and a bedroom with two single beds adjoining the dressing room. On the same level is the large bathroom with tub and w. vs.. On the main level, there is another full bathroom also with large shower. The living room sofa can be converted into a double bed and the kitchen area offers a table for 6 people. There is also an extra bed and a cot available.
The house is equipped with 2 TVs (living room, bedroom), a stereo, a DVD player, board games and an outdoor dining area and deckchairs for the swimming pool.
We have a cleaning service if necessary (at an additional cost) and a manager who takes care of all the houses, the garden and the swimming pool.
