Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, 5 burner gas stove, new stainless steel refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and all the dishes, cutlery, and pots/pans that you will need to make meals. Plenty of counter space for prepping meals and some counter height bar stools for eating at. Dining area also offers a table for 4.
A second bathroom with shower is located just off the kitchen. There is also a storage room for surfboards and other supplies.
The comfortable living room area offers a large flat screen smart TV perfect for for movie nights. A wide assortment of board games are also available.
Front deck is large and perfect for relaxing in traditional Nicaraguan rocking chairs or in one of our many hammocks. Surrounded by a lovely garden this is the perfect place to have a morning coffee, read in the hammock, or relax in the evening after a long day at the beach. Around the corner is an outdoor shower for rinsing.
NEW! Built in the fall of 2021 is a beautiful plunge pool just off the veranda.
Remanso beach (el Socio) is a perfect family beach and excellent for beginner surfers. The beach also has two restaurants and some surfboard rental kiosks. It is a 2 min walk to the beach from Casa Verde, where you can often see and hear howler monkeys in the trees that line the pathway.
