Positive: The staff were super friendly, professional and on hand to help with anything. Our rooms were gorgeous, clean, spacious and the hot tubs had been fired up ready for our arrival. The restaurant had a lovely menu, and the bar well stocked with some exquisite wines. The views from our rooms and restaurant were glorious, my favorites animals were the beautiful, curious giraffes. Thank you so much to the team that made our stay so fabulous.

Summary: A truly fabulous stay with warm hospitality, serenity and pristine wilderness.
