The house is located at the summit and there is paved road access.
Please do not drive or park on the garden or lawns.
Please do not disrespect our hospitality by moving our 'private' signage/chains - the hedge is the boundary.
Please close the gates every time you drive in and out of the property.
Pets are never to be left unsupervised at the property.
The house is 2 bedroom with two queen beds and 1 extra queen spring mattress and can comfortably sleep 4 adults.
There is seating, kitchenware and linen for 4 people. Linen is provided for number of booked guests.
No extra guests/pets allowed on the property without consent from the host. This is not a party house and not a meeting point for unbooked guests. Please contact host for extra day guests. This must be confirmed and paid for at time of booking.
Late checkout 12p/early checkin 1p $20 per.
A portable air-conditioning unit is available.
No smoking and no shoes inside the house.

We do not accept any liability or responsibility for person or property.
No open fires allowed on the property.
Please be aware that there are native animals as well as our dog on the property, so there will be droppings on the lawn. So please close the doors when you are not here. You will also certainly find small natives and some small (harmless) spiders and webs about as this is a property in nature.

Hot water - This can be boosted by pressing the blue button above the light switch to the bathroom. Only necessary in winter if you run out as the hot water is solar powered. Pls turn it off after use.
Please do not rearrange the furniture - it scratches the floor. Inside furniture stays in and outside furniture out.
The toilets are serviced by an enviro tank system - NO sanitary items, baby items or condoms to be flushed. Pls do not use bath bombs and only use the eco cleaning supplies provided by the host. No bleach at any time.
Pls take your rubbish with you when you depart. Our rubbish bins are at the bottom of the driveway.
If anything is not as you expected please contact the host in a respectful manner and we will endeavour to assist as soon as possible.
