Cancellation Policy: 5 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

AGE JURISDICTION
The minimum age allowed to stay in shared dormitories is 18 years old. In private rooms, guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a family member or guardian (verifiable at check-in).
OTHER GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Reception from 7.00 to 00.00
- Noise: In the room area, the noise level must be kept to a minimum after 11:00 pm.
- Towels: There is a charge and deposit to be made for the use of towels for clients staying in dormitories. Once the towel is returned, the deposit will be immediately returned less the part of the charge if applicable.
- Key deposit: Clients staying in dormitories must pay a deposit for the use of the keys, which will be refundable once it is returned at check out.
- Luggage: We have luggage storage available for a period of 24 hours without additional charge. After 24 hours, a fee of $5 per day must be paid, subject to availability.
