Night sky gazing too. Melbourne is also an easy access with linked public transport if required. Country feel with the town in easy reach. Safe fencing for pets and if you have an equine the paddock is in your view from the house, offering shade and shelter for them. Sit in the garden and view Mt William or on the verandah and see the towns night lights. We are a small farm so you may hear farm animal noises now and then.
