2 Bedroom Cottage in Wallabadah
Only a little off the beaten track but a long way from worry. An old stable in the middle of an operating native seed farm, rebuilt almost entirely with repurposed materials to accommodate our children and their families when they come to stay. Comfortable, welcoming and idiosyncratic and, at the same time, highly functional and almost bullet proof. In the style of the country but definitely not Country Style. Live inside, live outside and expect to be part of whatever is happening!
The space
Rustic, interesting and comfortable. Close to New Highway and village of Wallabadah, restaurants, food and amenities. 40 minutes Tamworth. Moves inside and outside effortlessly. All rooms including the bathroom opening onto the garden. Great kitchen including a Beaumatic stove and oven for those who love cooking. Fans in summer and cosy heating in winter. Built within a nursery environment, with the nursery occupying the SE side. 360 views.

All of it. Its yours if you stay although the swimming pool is at the main house 100 meters away and is occasionally used by us.

You are in the centre of an operating native seed nursery which supplies local biodiversity management and regeneration needs. You are welcome to ask questions and encouraged to learn...and even participate. But please show care and respect because like all farms there is equipment and farm inputs that can do u some damage if you don't.
