Q: What is the coffee situation?
A: We have a very high-end espresso machine (with superb milk frothing), a conical burr coffee bean grinder, a French Press, as well as standard coffee maker and a tea kettle. We promise satisfaction for your caffeine fixation!
Q: What's the pet policy?
A: We allow up to 2 adult dogs of any breed or size. (No puppies!) We do have a standard Pet Fee of $200. Additional dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis. And your dogs will our expansive backyard, with easy direct access from both bedroom balconies!
Q: Can I bring the kiddos?
A: Children ages 2-12 are generally not allowed due to the fine art in the house and other breakable artifacts. However, we DO welcome babies and teenagers. For babies — we also provide a very nice crib, and a baby gate by the stairs.
Q: Can you hear noise from Highway 1?
A: No, most days highway noise cannot be heard. There are some very rare exceptions, but day-to-day traffic is generally not audible inside the house.
Q: Is Highway 1 within view of the house?
A: No, thankfully it is not within view. All you will see is the lovely Carmel forest, the ocean, the Carmel Valley hills, and Point Lobos in the distance.
Q: How many cars can we bring?
A: Our driveway can accommodate 4 medium-sized cars. (Or, it could fit two large trucks or Sprinter vans spaciously.) We request that you fit *all* cars in our driveway, out of respect to our neighbors.
