2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $750 (plus admin fee $30) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $100.
3. Sign our rental agreement
House Rules/Additional Info:
• The nightly rate covers accommodation for up to 6 guests. The property has a strict maximum occupancy of 8-10 guests. We do not accommodate more than this under any circumstances. However, if additional guests stay without prior approval, a further charge of $50 per person, per night will apply. Please ensure the correct number of guests is included in your booking to avoid these charges.
