Favela Chic consists of 5 Boho Chic Boutique Bungalows, with a spectacular design, combining perfectly modern clean lines and a fine Balinese beachy style decoration.
Spend the day at Playa Langosta, one of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches - only 2 blocks away from the property. The pool area is relaxing and perfect for a cooling dip.
The bungalows are all equipped with A/C in the living areas and bedrooms, fast WIFI, kitchens, and private patios.
- Please, no smoking of any kind inside the property (ley n°9028 Costa Rica). A $250 will be imposed
- Loud music and community disturbance. Many of your neighbors also are guests, and our properties are not designed for potentially disruptive noise.
- Sorry—no parties. We encourage you to enjoy our space but not at the expense of your neighbors or the unit itself. Complaints will result in a hefty charge.
- Visitors are not allowed in the property without being informed to keep it quiet, private and safe.
- Maximum capacity of the bungalow is for 2 persons (extra person is not allowed without permission). Each extra person is charge the price of the night paid per night for the bungalow.
