Villa Riviera C has a shared pool and covered rancho area, giving you plenty of space and shade. This complex is just a 5-minute walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door. You’ll love the location and the ambiance of this bright and fun vacation home.
The open main floor living space has a large living area, dining for 4, and a well-equipped kitchen with an island. The main floor also has a full bathroom and a small rear terrace.
Upstairs is another full bathroom plus 2 bedrooms with beautiful, vaulted ceilings. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a smart TV plus a private balcony that overlooks the pool and tropical surroundings. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large storage armoire. Both bedrooms and the main floor have air conditioning units and high-speed internet throughout (60Mbps download speeds). There is shared laundry in the rancho.
