The Space:
Enjoy the common area amenities, which include a beach club and restaurant, resort style pools with snack bar, park/barbeque area, a walk/jog/bike path throughout the complex, a children's playground, and walking paths. Very close to shopping/restaurant/beach.
The condo is a one-level, 1,650 sq ft residence on a private landing with beautiful views of the ocean, surrounding hillsides, and valleys. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups, with four bedrooms in a spacious layout.
Parking is convenient for two vehicles: the enclosed garage beside the condo fits one vehicle, and a second assigned parking space is available at the lower parking area by the guard house.
The unit comes fully furnished and equipped for a perfect vacation stay. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower stall and double sinks. Here you can order cocktails, lunch or dinner from the Blu Bar. Fine dining indoors or out is also offered by Alma Santa, an elegant restaurant featuring Latin cuisine. Try the octopus carpaccio, ribeye steak or eggplant gratin while sipping a Centenario pineapple cocktail.
