The main floor is an open floor plan that extends to the deck then ocean, allowing you to cook, dine, and relax without ever forgetting that you right on the Pacific. The kitchen has heated floors, soapstone counter tops, stainless appliances , an island and a massive harvest table which is great for dinner parties. French doors open to the deck that runs the length of the house, with room for all to relax and enjoy the endless flow of the ocean. Full sized laundry facilities and a powder room are also situated on the main floor of the house. The Timber Room allows you an outdoor experience should the elements suggest an alternative to your beach fire. Relax in the mighty cedar room in front of a roaring stone fireplace. Through french doors there is a built in stainless steel grill on the patio for you to barbecue with a view while talking with friends in the hot tub. Upstairs offers three ocean front bedrooms with decks and spectacular views. The sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep and then greet you each morning. There are ample facilities include two deep soaking tubs, a steam shower, and a standard shower. Connection with the environment is paramount, and you will experience the ocean from every room in the house. Situated near the Wild Pacific Trail, the house is a perfect base for all the Pacific Rim has to offer. Hiking, cycling, kayaking, surfing. whale watching, fishing .....,there is something for everyone that loves the outdoors! Pleasae note this luxury property does have a caretaker on site per the municipality ordinance. They have their own residence and it is not a privacy issue withour guests.
