Summary: The customer service is top notch. Great staff. The Bare's are quite nice and the dorm could use a little love with the screens / lockers, but overall the Bula Bula vibe is real and the location is amazing- right on the beach - not far to Aquatrek- where I highly recommend the shark diving!
