The second room has two twins and the third room offers a queen bed and another twin making ample space all. Kitchen is fully stocked. Maid service and drinking water are all included. The villas have large swimming pool and outside living area. CATERING is available.

Our rental management company, Nicaragua Family Getaways, is located in Hacienda Iguana and we are around and available for anything you might need and any to help with any questions or concerns you might have. We provide an info guide in the condo, with information on activities, hikes, day trip ideas, maps, a restaurant guide, local restaurant menus etc.
Within the community we have Satori Spa and Gift Shop, Scoops and Spokes icecream/coffee shop/bike rentals, 2 grocery stores, ATM, 4 restaurants - Pili's Kitchen, Vana Tacos, Don Eloy's sports bar and Nicaraguan cuisine Casa Maderas.
We will be happy to schedule airport pick-ups, boat fishing trips, boat surfing trips, horse back riding on the beach, spa treatments, food packages, etc.
