Positive: Location was great, Villa was beautiful, Pool was very good. The rooms and the beds were very comfortable.

Negative: The fridge in the kitchen didn't work properly, the toaster didn't work, no hot water over the sinks in the kitchen & bathrooms, the drains in some of the bathrooms didn't drain very well, only one set of towels for the week so if in the pool you had to use the bathroom ones, no extra toilet paper, generally the kitchen facilities were inadequate for the number of guests. There was a bad septic smell in all the downstairs bedrooms especially the new stand alone one. Not enough PowerPoints in the bedrooms, the soap dispensers in some of the bathrooms were empty.
