Positive: Beautiful view of the waterfront. Comfortable queen size beds and big showers. Having 3 ensuits was great. Bedrooms are extremely spacious. Very big rooms throughout the house. Big kitchen. Laundry and dryer working well. Not too far of a drive to supermarket and other places to get food. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Great for big families or group of friends. Owner was very friendly and responded to my phone calls for any enquiry at all times. Overall nice and clean, comfortable and spacious. Had a very pleasant stay. Beautiful Apartment.

Negative: Air condition not working in rooms but they did have guys come in to replace them but unfortunately we didn't get to use the aircon. They did have fans everywhere in the house though. Need more BBQ utensils and cutlery. Need better cleaning tools to clean floors as broom was very hard to clean such big areas of the house. Sliding doors and entry door need replacing as one sliding door fell off. Sliding doors are very hard to slide open and close, also very hard to take key out of main door, very frustrating to open and lock the door. Four of the single beds are extremely hard to sleep on. Not comfortable at all.
